Person Behind The Credexmedia
Junaid Mansoori is the founder and CEO of the Credexmedia
We built the agency we could never find as clients.
Credex Media exists because the founders spent years on the client side watching agencies report impressions while the business lost money. Everything about how we operate is a reaction to a specific thing that used to go wrong.
Six principles, each of them costly
Anyone can list values. These are the ones that have actually cost us revenue, which is the only test that means anything.
One number, not five dashboards
We report blended acquisition cost and contribution margin. Channel metrics are for diagnosis, never for claiming credit. This makes us look worse in month two and correct by month six.
You own everything
Ad accounts, analytics, domains, creative source files, documentation, playbooks. If you leave, nothing needs rebuilding. We have lost pitches to agencies who promised more and owned it all.
Forecasts have ranges
A low, expected and high case with the assumptions written down. Single-number forecasts are sales tools. When we miss, we can point at which assumption broke.
We say no
If your margin cannot support a channel, we tell you before you sign. We have turned down retainers for this reason and will again. A client who loses money is not a client for long.
Senior people do the work
The person on your call is the person in your account. We do not have a pitch team and a delivery team. This limits how fast we can grow, deliberately.
No lock-in after the ramp
Three months minimum because that is when data becomes real, then rolling. If we are not earning the retainer, you should be able to leave without a legal conversation.
A pod, not a hierarchy
Every account is run by a pod: one strategist who owns the relationship and the numbers, plus the channel specialists the account actually needs. Nobody is assigned to your account to fill a slot on an org chart.
The strategist is accountable for the blended result, which means they have the authority to move budget between channels — including away from a channel a specialist on the same pod is running. That authority is the whole point. Without it, budget allocation becomes an internal negotiation instead of a decision.
Pods are capped in size. When we cannot staff a new account with senior people, we say so and give you a start date rather than filling the gap with somebody's first month.
| Role | What they own | You meet them |
|---|---|---|
| Growth strategist | The blended number, budget allocation, the roadmap, the QBR | Every call |
| Channel specialist | Day-to-day execution and optimisation in their channel | Weekly or on request |
| Creative lead | Concepts, production pipeline, the creative learning log | Monthly creative review |
| Analytics engineer | Tracking integrity, dashboards, data QA | At setup and quarterly |
| Account coordinator | Scheduling, assets, approvals, keeping things moving | As needed |
What we are not good at
Every agency page lists strengths. Here is the other half, so you can decide before spending money finding out.
Very small budgets
Below roughly $2,000 a month in total media, our model does not make sense for you. A skilled freelancer will serve you better and we will happily suggest one.
Overnight results
We spend the first two weeks on measurement before optimising anything. If you need revenue inside thirty days, that discipline will feel like delay.
Pure brand work
We are a performance team with a creative studio, not a brand agency. For a full brand strategy and identity programme, you want specialists in that.
About Credex Media — questions
Where is Credex Media based?
PLACEHOLDER — add your city and country here. We work with clients across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Australia, Canada and Singapore, with account teams maintaining at least four hours of working overlap with each client's time zone.
How big is the team?
PLACEHOLDER — around 40 specialists across paid media, SEO, content, creative, development and analytics. Every person on a client account has at least five years in their discipline.
Do you work with competitors in the same category?
Not in the same market segment without both clients' explicit written agreement. Category exclusivity within a defined market is available and we will put it in the contract if it matters to you.
What happens if the results are not there?
We tell you before you notice, and we say why. If a channel is not working we would rather recommend cutting it than defend it. If the whole programme is not working, we will say that too — a retainer we cannot justify is not worth keeping.
Can we speak to a current client?
Yes. After a first call, if we both think there is a fit, we will connect you with a client in a comparable situation. We do not do this before the first call because it is not fair to keep asking clients to sell for us.
Think we might fit?
The first call costs nothing and you leave with something useful either way. That is not a sales line — it is how we have run every first call for six years.
